Delivery information
Standard delivery is to the front door on the ground floor. Delivery does not include carrying the packages into the house, apartment or building.
If you require indoor delivery or wish to use our assembly service, please contact us in advance so we can arrange this for you.

Please note: once the wardrobe has been assembled, returns are no longer possible.

You may return undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

With wardrobes, TV Furniture and night stands - ONCE IT IS UNPACKED AND BUILT THERE IS NO RETURNS !!!!!
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, but in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (up to 10 business days - depending on your payment method).
